The standard Stress shot peening line consists of 1. Shot Peening main machine with 3 impellers ( 2 or 4 impellers up to user’s choice). 2. Presses and convey system A. 20 Ton hydraulic loading press (15 Ton or 30 Ton available) B. Charging conveyer C. Discharging conveyer D. 20 Ton hydraulic unloading press (15 Ton or 30 Ton available) E. Conveyer between charging and discharging device 3. Jigs (Cranes) are with normal leaf spring steel ( or with Mn13 steel with extra cost ) 4. Dust collector
