  • Heat Treatment Line

The heat treatment line could be a very flexible design, to meeting different space area, different efficiency requirement,this line is be equipped with quenching furnace, straightening machine,quenching furnace,convey system and tempering furnace.

 1. Hardening furnace

 2. Quenching Machine (Cambering machine) and convey system

Whole convey system including convey chain inside tank, reducer, shaft, hot leaf convey chain between furnace and quenching machine etc.)
