End Processing

This line is used for all necessary end processing before heat treatment, including automatic loading, induction heating, end flatting, hole punching and unloading.

Automatic loader could separate the bundled bars to single bar and transfer to induction heater and then put the heated pieces to press for end shaping.

After end processing, both ends well shaped bars will be put on pallet.
